How to unregister my by.U SIM card?

For the SIM card unregistration process, it can only be done in your by.U application.

Follow the steps below:

Make sure that the SIM Card by.U you want to unreg is installed on your device
Turn off wifi and make sure your gadget is connected to the by.U cellular network, because the unreg process can only be done if the by.U network is on
For the process of unregistering the sim card, just click here
Enter the KTP number registered on your by.U SIM Card and the reason you chose to unreg
If you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, all you have to do is click 'Unreg SIM Card'
