Why did the uCoin that I collected to level up disappear?
The amount of uCoin to level up byUnefit level will be reset every January 1 and July 1 (per 6 months). So that the uCoin on the byUnefit page will be automatically reset to 0.
If you still lost your uCoin outside that date, there is a possibility an apps technical problems occur. Contact Nindy via Live Chat for further assistance :)
